30th of August 2008 we saw the 7th Anniversary tabling of the Lost Innocents report, along with the 4th anniversary of the Forgotten Australians report. It was agreed by the Community Affairs Committee regarding the responses to the recommendations of these reports to update progress and sought the formal reference from the senate.

Forgotten Australians from around the country were invited to this event, they were also allowed to ak questions although I might add many left with many unaswered questions.
